James D. Lipcamon and Christie Rogge of Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital recently published an article entitled: Computer Assistance in the Structured, Behavioral Based Interview Process.

The article highlighted the impact the Healthcare Selection Inventory (HSI) and structured behavioral interviews have had on their selection process and turnover rates.

Since the inception of the HSI Jennie Edmundson has reduced turnover from 20.5% to 14% and attributes much of the reduction to their use of the HSI.
