HLI Overview

The Healthcare Leadership Inventory provides two independent report formats.

The Selection Report has been designed to focus on the “fit” of a candidate and provides accurate, objective information to those involved with the selection process.

The Development Report has been designed for incumbent Leaders. The Development Report prescribes specific suggestions to improve each individual’s three lowest ranked comptencies and assit them in creating a Development Action Plan.
