HCTI Overview

The Healthcare Critical Thinking Inventory is used to evaluate the critical thinking skills of Nursing Applicants as well as Incumbent Nurses. Two Report formats are available:

Selection Report: Identifies the Nurses that have good critical thinking skills. It reveals the critical thinking skills of nursing applicants as comparte to incumbent:

• LPN’s
• RN’s
• BSN’s
• MSN’s

Development Report: Provides a comparison of an incumbent nurse’s critical thinking skills as compared to:

• LPN’s
• RN’s
• BSN’s
• MSN’s
